“Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes is the creative mind behind this ABC drama. Olivia Pope, a former media consultant to the president, is ready to move on with her life and opens her own crisis-management firm, but she can’t seem to shake ties with her past. Olivia’s staff includes Quinn Perkins, who has a complicated history, and hacker extraordinaire Huck. As she moves forward it becomes clear that, while her staffers may specialize in cleaning up the lives of other people, they can’t seem to do the same for themselves.
You see, I’m already halfway through Season 3 on Netflix. Maybe I would have stopped to do a first impressions post, if I had been able to stop at all. Once I started this show, I fell down the deep dark rabbit hole. This show is incredibly addictive, and each episode ends on a cliff hanger. I love the show so much. Olivia Pope is beautiful, fierce, fashionable, and all-around perfect. I love that in each episode you get to see flashbacks of the various back stories of the characters. The show is always taking crazy twists and turns and keeps you on your toes. If you’re looking for a new show on Netflix, I highly recommend this one.
